How to activate your easy recharge reminder? Easy peasy:
1. Enter the number you want to top up
Go to doctorSIM, enter the mobile number you want to top up… and let’s get started!
2. Choose the amount
Select how much you want to send and click “Proceed to payment.”
3. Enter your email
We’ll ask for your email address to send you the receipt once your top-up is complete — and also to send you the reminder if you activate it. Enter your email, double-check that everything’s correct, and click “Continue to payment.”
4. Activate the reminder
You’ll see an option that says “Remind me to recharge this number.” Just tick the box!
You can also choose how often you want us to remind you.
5. Complete the payment
Pay as usual by selecting your favorite payment method and… done! Your reminder will be activated.
When the time comes, you’ll receive an email reminding you it’s time to recharge.
Top up several numbers? No problem.
You can activate as many reminders as you want, one for each number. Just repeat the steps each time you top up a different line. It couldn’t be easier!
Want to change or delete your easy recharge reminder?
You can! Just log in to your doctorSIM account, go to “My Reminders,” and you’ll be able to:
- Cancel a reminder (click the blue tick).
- Delete it (click the red trash can).
- Change the reminder frequency (use the dropdown menu).
