- *222*266# for bonuses and USD plans

Why is the Cubacel balance check important?
Every plan activated by ETECSA has a 35-day validity period. If you don’t do a Cubacel balance check regularly, your plan can expire and you’ll lose whatever you haven’t used — data, minutes, or balance.
