To pasaload TNT, text PASALOAD <11-digit mobile number> to 808, or open the Pasa tab in the Smart app. Every successful transfer costs ₱1, you can send up to ₱1,000 per day, and the load you send expires in 3 to 60 days depending on the amount you choose.
That last part is what almost nobody tells you, and it is why so many TNT transfers seem to “disappear”. Sending ₱10 to your nanay is not the same as sending ₱200 — one lasts three days and the other lasts two months. Below is the full table, straight from TNT, plus the limits, the fees, and the one rule behind most failed transfers.

What is TNT Pasaload, and does it still work in 2026?
Pasa Load is TNT’s load-sharing service: it lets you transfer regular load from your own prepaid balance to another number in the same family of networks. Yes, it still works in 2026: TNT still documents it on its own site, both the text method and the Smart app method.
TNT is a Smart brand, so Pasa Load is the same system on both. According to TNT, anyone with enough regular load on any of these accounts can send:
- Smart Prepaid
- TNT
- Smart Bro Prepaid
- PLDT Prepaid Home WiFi
- Smart Postpaid
- Smart Signature
- Smart Bro Postpaid
That is a longer list than most guides give you. If you are on Smart Postpaid, you can still pasaload your cousin’s TNT number — the ₱1 fee just lands on your bill instead of your balance.
How to Pasaload TNT via text
The text method works on any phone, even an old keypad phone with no data. Everything goes to 808.
The exact format
- Open your messaging app.
- Type
PASALOAD, a space, the recipient’s 11-digit mobile number, a space, and the amount. Example:PASALOAD 09191234567 20 - Send it to 808.
- Wait for the confirmation text. Both you and the person receiving the load get one.
Smart’s help center also lists a shorter format with no keyword: text the 11-digit number, a space and the amount to 808, then reply YES to the confirmation message, or NO to cancel.
To pass a promo instead of plain load, the format changes: send PASALOAD <11-digit mobile number> <KEYWORD> to 808, using the keyword of that promo.
How much you can send by text — and how long it lasts
This is TNT’s own table of SMS denominations and validity. The amount you pick decides how long the load lasts on the other person’s phone:

Look at that table before sending small amounts to someone who rarely tops up. ₱10 of Pasaload to a lola who checks her phone twice a week can expire before she uses it. ₱15 costs five pesos more and lasts five times longer.
How to Pasaload TNT using the Smart app
TNT has no app of its own. You register and log in to the Smart app with your TNT number and do everything from there.
Step by step in the Pasa tab
- Open the Smart app and tap the Pasa tab at the bottom.
- Choose or type the mobile number you are sending to.
- Choose what you want to pass.
- Choose the amount.
- Check the details and tap Confirm.
- Enter the OTP that arrives by text and tap Proceed.
- Wait for the pop-up confirmation.
App denominations and validity
The app works in bigger amounts than SMS:

Where an amount is on both lists, the validity is the same: ₱100 lasts 30 days and ₱200 lasts 60, by text or in the app. What changes is the amounts on offer. The app does not take the small ones, so if you want to send ₱10, SMS is your only route.
Why *123# does not Pasaload on TNT
Search “how to Pasaload TNT” and you will find Facebook posts telling you to dial *123# and pick “Pasaload”. It is repeated everywhere, and on TNT it does not do what people think.
On TNT’s own site, *123# is documented for two things, and neither is sending load to someone else:
- Subscribing to promos. Dial *123#, pick the TNT promo you want, select SUBSCRIBE and send to confirm.
- Sakloload — borrowing credit for yourself. Dial *123#, choose “Bal:Svcs”, choose “Smart Credit”, then choose how much you want to borrow.
So if you have been dialing *123# and getting nowhere, that is why. TNT documents two ways to Pasa Load: the text to 808 and the Pasa tab in the Smart app.
Fees, daily limits and the fine print
Three numbers decide whether your transfer goes through:
- Fee: ₱1 per successful transaction. On prepaid it comes off your regular load; on postpaid it is added to your bill. You are only charged when the transfer succeeds.
- Daily sending limit: ₱1,000. That is the total you can pasaload out of your account in one day, not per transfer.
- Daily receiving limit: ₱1,000. The same cap applies to the person on the other end. If three relatives each send your brother ₱500 on the same day, the third one bounces.
Worth remembering around paydays and birthdays, when several people send load to the same person at once.
The rule most people miss: you cannot pasaload Promo Load
If your transfer keeps failing even though the balance is clearly there, this is almost certainly why.
TNT sells two different things that both look like “load” on your screen. Regular Load is ordinary credit, valid for 365 days, and it is the only kind you can pass on. Promo Load is the bundle that gives you extra credit for the same money — buy Promo Load 500 and you get 555 — but it carries a shorter validity and a list of restrictions. TNT states it plainly: Promo Load cannot be used for Value Added Services or Pasa Load.
So the load with the bonus is the one you cannot share. If you are buying load to pass on to family, buy regular load.
Can you Pasaload between TNT and other networks in Philippines?
Pasa Load stays inside the Smart family: you can send between TNT, Smart Prepaid and Smart Bro numbers. A TNT SIM passing load to a Smart SIM in the same house works fine.
What you cannot do is pasaload from TNT to Globe, TM or DITO: they are separate networks with their own sharing systems. If the person you are sending to is on Globe or TM, they need Globe’s own Share-A-Load — we cover that in our guide to Globe pasaload.
How to share data instead of load
If the person you are sending to needs internet rather than credit, there is a separate command. PasaData lets you pass part of the Shareable Data that comes with select GIGA promos.
Send PASADATA <11-digit mobile number> <MB> to 808 — for example, PASADATA 09462881857 50MB. The minimum you can pass is 50 MB, and it has to come out of the shareable allocation of a data promo, not out of your regular load.
Why your TNT pasaload is not working: seven checks
Run through these in order before you give up:
- You are trying to pass Promo Load. The single most common cause. Only regular load can be shared.
- You forgot the ₱1 fee. Sending ₱20 needs ₱21 in the account, not ₱20.
- You hit the ₱1,000 daily cap — yours or the recipient’s.
- The amount is not a valid denomination. ₱25 is not on the list; ₱20 and ₱30 are.
- The number is wrong or is on another network. Eleven digits, starting 09, and it has to be a Smart, TNT or Smart Bro number.
- You are using *123#. As above — it is not the pasaload menu on TNT.
- Your SIM is not registered. SIM registration is mandatory in the Philippines and an unregistered SIM has its services cut.
Can you Pasaload TNT from abroad?
No. Pasa Load moves credit from one Philippine prepaid balance to another, so you need a TNT or Smart SIM with load on it. If you are in Dubai, Hong Kong, Riyadh or Milan and your TNT SIM is in a drawer back home, there is no balance to pass.
What works from abroad is a direct top-up: you pay in your local currency and the load lands on the Philippine number within seconds, and nobody has to pass anything on. That is what a TNT top-up from doctorSIM does, and it works the same way for any other Philippine network.
Even when you could pasaload, a direct top-up is often the better option: it does not come out of anyone’s balance, there is no ₱1 fee, and it is not capped at ₱1,000 a day.

Is Pasaload still available on TNT?

Can I Pasaload from TNT to Globe or TM?
No. Pasa Load only works between TNT, Smart Prepaid and Smart Bro numbers. Globe and TM subscribers use Globe’s own Share-A-Load system instead.
Can I transfer my TNT load balance to GCash?
No. Pasa Load moves credit between mobile numbers on the same network family. It does not convert load into money and cannot send it to an e-wallet.
Why does my TNT Pasaload keep failing?
The usual causes are trying to pass Promo Load instead of regular load, not leaving ₱1 for the fee, hitting the ₱1,000 daily cap, or using an amount that is not a valid denomination.
Can I Pasaload TNT from another country?
Not with Pasa Load, because it needs a Philippine SIM with a balance. From abroad, top up the TNT number directly online instead.
